How did David E. Kelley avoid being cancelled?
The men on this show are absolutely predatory toward the women. The women are mostly little sex kittens -- simply there for the men to chase. Along toward the end it seems as though someone might have buttonholed Kelley to tell him he should dial back the misogyny. But if there were ever a character that needed to be dragged by the MeToo movement, it was Alan Shore. And Denny Crane. And almost all the other male characters. 🤦🏼♀️
