Sexism everywhere

For such a liberal show it is absolutely full of of sexism on every turn. There are some glimmers of hope ecery now and then with Shirley and some female characters. But it's completely overshadowed by all the ovjectifications, women fawning over Alan's harreassement and so on. There is even an episode where a woman admits to lying about rape. Out of all the chrimes they so happened to choose that someone lied about rape. If there was just one or two things or if it was just a character like that I would sumply accept that as one of the show's quirks but the more I watch the show the harder it is to ignore that.

Just watched the episode where a teen wants abortion. They argue extremely liberal views but when it comes ro abortion all of a sudden they have issues with it. I was most shocked by Sherley saying that all women live with the pain. Loads of women simply have an abortion and never look back. They were making it sound like a problematic issue when it shouldn't be.
