Yeah, there’s a strong implication he was a virgin. I think it’s kinda funny. This big dangerous dude who can beat the crap out of an entire bar full of thugs never knew the touch of a woman.

I agree. Marv actually looks better than Mickey Rourke underneath that makeup nowadays, given Rourke is a victim of bad plastic surgery and really looks screwed up now. Hookers service unattractive clients all the time, and Marv isn't that monstrous looking. And being a super-tough, alpha type is an attractive quality to women, and would make up a lot for a deficiency in looks. It is kind of much.
But then again, the whole premise of Sin City is that everything rotten, weird, corrupt, twisted, etc. is dialed up to eleven in this story.
