It is actually "Ex Malo Bonum". Exo didn't seem right to me. I took Latin in 7th grade and while I don't remember much, exo didn't seem right. So, when I saw the card with blackmail pic on the front, just before the end of the movie, and it said Ex Malo Bonum on the back, that confirmed it.
