who is the guy that draws?

It has been bugging me but I cannot find the name of the actor who does all of the chalk drawings through out the movie. He was the best part, which is saying little about the movie... bit of a let down.

Please respond if you know the actor's name. Thanks!

The character is Whitney and he is acted by Jeff Westmoreland. IMDB shows no other credits for him. I googled him and found a picture that resembles him in the movie.

If you get the DVD and watch the movie with director's commentary you will learn a lot more about him.

Actors do not have a job...they have a blast!
