Ok I believe I know what you're talking about. There is a part towards the end of that scene where Donald Sutherland mumbles his lines and I know the exact line that you think sounded like "Turkish something". Btw I believe a turkish chip pan may be some sort of instrument played by David Gilmour but has nothing to do with the line.
Anyway the scene went as follows:
SPOILERS AHEAD!
Interior - Mr. Osbourne's Bedroom
Mr. Osbourne is resting in his bed.
Bryce: Grandpa?...What do you think? (gesturing towards a scale model of his "youth centre")
Osbourne: Do you care about people Bryce?
Bryce: Yes. (he snorts) That's what this is about. (once again gesturing to the model)
Osbourne: I don't mean that you care what they think about you. I mean do you care about what happens to them?
Bryce: I'm sorry Grandpa, ha, I'm a little confused. Did you take your medicine this morning? I can't...
Osbourne: Don't fool with me boy, I can eat you for breakfast! You and I both know...that your father wasn't hit...by some stray bullet, don't we? (they exchange tense glances)
Osbourne continues: Why Finn? Why did you do that to Finn?
Bryce: You gave him my place in your balloon. That's my place Grandpa. That's mine, it's not his! I'm your grandson! He doesn't even belong here. Two thousand years ago, I would have done that in front of the whole village...they would've clapped.
Osbourne: You've made a mess of everything. Get out of my sight. Get that thing out of my sight. (gesturing to the model) Go on, get! (Bryce removes the model from the bed, turns and starts to walk away)
Osbourne: (mumbles) It's all turned to *beep* You disgust me.
Bryce rests down the model, sighs and starts to walk out of the room but abruptly turns and charges towards the bed. He picks up a pillow.
Osbourne: I said...(Bryce smothers him with the pillow)
He said, "It's all turned to s**t. You disgust me."
