Rarely have I been so moved by a film
I was an emotional wreck after watching this film.
The idea of that condition is almost unbearable, the scene when his children visit for the first time was extremely sad and and the actual stroke scene at the end nearly killed me.
THe fact that the film is still extremely watchable is down to wonderful performances, a great sense of humour and the fact that they never try to make him out to be a saint - I fear that they will fall into this trap for the US remake.
