I'm watching House M.D. right now and they're totally doing the opening of Le scaphandre et le papillon with Mos Def playing a "locked in" character, his thoughts in voice-over and the camera from his point of view (complete with blinks).
shareYeah I was yelling at the tv, "What a rip-off! I've totally seen this movie and it was better!" I really got on my family's nerves with that, but it was way way way too similar. I love House, but that pissed me off.
On the bright side, before I yelled about it being a rip-off, the first thing I said was, "Oh, he's got locked-in syndrome" and my family thought I was a freaking genius.
But they made the weather and then they stand in the rain and say 'S***!, it's raining!'
