i just watched this movie thinking it would be the "funniest movie of the year" of that year, but I noticed it is not at all a comedy, given there are some funny parts in it, but it is more of a drama/thriller kind of movie. Who else agrees with me on this?

Marketing this noir thriller with dark comic overtones as an actual comedy killed it at the box office. By the time word of mouth corrected it, it was gone already.
