no. coens have never had half the heart that ramis has. ramis makes warm films, even when they are dark. coens are all in their head.

Actually, just watched Burn After Reading and it reminded me very much of Ice Harvest. Ice Harvest did not, in the least, remind me of Fargo.

Second, it's nothing like Fargo except there's murder and it's cold.

I saw the similarities. Not Fargo in particular, but it sure seemed to be influenced a bit in style and dark humor. Another movie of that nature is Gigantic, in terms of being a bit Coen-esque in its writing and directing.
