Hey all I was watching this on HBO Movie Central so I didn't have the option to rewind. Why did Charlie kill the girl Renata in the end?

well, Renata was slicing the back of Charlie's neck with a hidden blade...meaning that she was going to kill him and keep all the money for herself. So, Charlie shot her.

Because he saw that she had the money. That meant that she was in on it with Vic the whole time and they had planned to kill Charlie. At least that's what i got out if it. it wasn't explained very clearly though.

Probably beyond that, Renata would have killed Vic once he was the "last man standing." A very entertaining film filled with vile, despicable characters.
