I couldn't make it past the first scene. All the actors sounded like they were doing a cold reading and from reading the book I just didn't visualize John Cusack as the lawyer.He's too young. That part should have gone to Billy Bob Thornton in my opinion.

Cusask was 40 when the movie was made. How old "you folk" think lawyers should be? Maybe they just take longer to finish all that learnin' where you come from?
