This title sequence or se7en?
Both of these films feature very powerful sequences but I feel this one just has that edge to it, you know?

shareSe7en makes me feel sick in a good way, this is just plain edgy and well done. But I'm saying se7en.
shareThis was a terrific credit sequence partnered with a perfectly accompanying song.🐭
shareEh, I don't even remember Se7en opening credits though it's great movie, it should be more like this vs Fight Club.
The best - Fight Club, American Beauty & Falling Down.
The title sequence mimicked "Castaway". I watched it and it felt so familiar. It drove me crazy until it finally dawned on me that they copied it from "Castaway". Remember she mails the package with the butterfly and rings painted on the sides and ships the divorce papers to Moscow.
shareFor me, this one. In fact, may be one of the best opening sequences in any movie. Yes, there are technical flaws in it, but it's art, not a documentary.

I was surprised upon rewatching recently how much the opening sequence had dated, technically speaking, particularly the initial shots through the munitions factory, the CGI does not look great, and I can't remember whether I particularly noticed this when I first watched it, probably in 2007. Still a great sequence though.
