I'm not completely sure. I read somewhere that Team Ninja wasn't going to be broken up after his departure and that there were still some games planned to come out, they just won't have been made my Itagaki.

So far no since they said they will be continuing the DOA and NG series as Team Ninja still exist, people left but its still there though when another DOA will be out is the question.
