No, its just the original game, they might have improved the graphics slightly though, and there is online MP, only DOA2U the second game has new unlockable costumes. The second game can also unlock an ingame booster disk that adds more costumes to DOA 3.

To unlock all costumes, the Booster Disk and CG Gallery as well as the DOA Icons episode, play survival on any difficulty setting and collect all 66 items.
