Fun movie

That's the same thing that came into my mind after the first 15 minutes. It has the same kind of optimistic, relentless, adventurous feel of 90s movies.

When I first saw the trailer I had no high expectations for this film and regarded it as a mere way to cash in from the fans of the series. But after recently actually seeing the whole film, I was baffled by how enjoyable and well made it was. Yes, the characters were very archetypal and the plot existed mostly only to exhibit us the characters and their fighting scenes, but in this sense it was very true to the games - no nonsense, pure fun! And after the ride was over, it left me smiling and recollecting memorable moments from the past 80 minutes, which is exactly what a good movie should accomplish.
