I heard this movie was a metaphor for teen pregnancy

There are no teenagers or even discussion of teenagers in this film, nor any dialogue, camera footage, or focus on the issue of pregnancy. I know people tend to interpret fiction in many different ways, but seriously, I don't see how there's anything in this that could possibly be construed as such a metaphor, by any stretch of the imagination. You must be thinking of a different flick.
