Closing precinct, the siege, a few of the staff, the prisoners and silencers on guns but no dumb shots to the head every 10 minutes!
Do watch the original but leave a bit of time until you've forgotten about this remake.
in the original the cop is black the prisoner is white. same concept of holding up an old police station. the originals a lot more urgent in my opinion. remake was ok but they turned it into a cliche action thriller. originals a classic.
