There is a modern foreign film just like this. Anyone know the name?

It's driving me a little crazy. I think the movie is in French. The crime boss that they are holding is a really bad dude with long fingernails. The action sequences are awesome and the guns are really cool.

In case you care:
I accidentally found what I was looking for. It is a brilliant action film called Nid de Guepes (The Nest) (2002). It's French. It's awesome. There is a trailer on IMDB.

"The Nest" is not "just like this". Its one hundred times better. check it out if you like siege movies.

While at first The Nest was kind of slow, once we learn about the characters and their reasons of why they are at the trapped location, it makes the action so much more intense. And trust me, the action picks up big time in the second half. Its a character driven shoot em' up flick. Good stuff.

Nid de Guepes is a far superior siege film. I read somewhere that an actual weapons contractor was so impressed with the firearms designs that they commissioned the film's weapons master for advisement.

I know, Extreme Sport Punk #1. I know.
