Best Football Movie made in a long time!

Probably the best foot ball movie made in the last ten years. The only thing I can think of that gives it a run for its money is Remember the Titans, but that was really about racism so it doesn’t really count. Also I really liked The Replacements but I don't think anyone really agrees with me. My all time favorite football movie is of course Rudy but that is also less about football and more about personal growth. So for all time favorite pure football movie I would definitely say The Waterboy. But this movie is definitely the best to come out of Hollywood in quite some time.

Best football movie ever? For my money it was North Dallas 40, of course that was more than ten years ago. By the way, I liked The Replacements but I don't think it was in the same league as North Dalls 40 or the ORIGINAL Longest Yard. I'm watching the original Longest Yard right now. It is one of it's rare showings on Cinemax. Commercial free and UNEDITED. This movie is shown on network and Turner stations from time to time but the edited version is a disaster.
