I always thought that the "Col. Sanders" guy in this movie was the same guy from The Waterboy, just making a cameo. I just looked it up and see that it wasn't. Hmm, what was the point of that character at all? At least in The Waterboy, they gave Col. Sanders something funny to do. In this movie he had no point.
shareThat's probably what they wanted to do but I bet the actor in the waterboy didn't wanna do this movie or somehthing came up or something like that, so they still used the same charactor, only had to be a different actor. I don't know I see it all the time
shareIt wasn't the same character though was it. In The Waterboy it was a university professor in Louisiana, in this he worked for the warden of a Texas prison (I can't remember what his job actually was). They're just two different characters who both resemble Colonel Sanders so that Sandler can recycle his jokes.
