Rip off of inital plot of Hands of a Stranger

Has anyone seen the movie Hands of a Stranger with Beverly D'Angelo & Armond Asanti? Same set up; unfaithful couple, a rape, blackmail... then of course the story goes another way all together.

I remember seeing this movie years ago and it was the first thing I thought of after seeing Derailed.

Same thing I thought when I saw it. But as I recall Hands of a Stranger was a made-for-network-TV movie so it's probably been forgotten by most people.
