Jennifer just doesn't have it in her to be bad. She was missing that sexy, dangerous edge.

I think that was the point though. By picking someone who usually plays wholesome characters the viewers are less likely to figure out the twist than if they had someone like Jolie or Sharon Stone playing the part.

Hmmmm. Jennifer Aniston was absolutely perfect. She dripped sincerity.
Linda Fiorentino played a similar role years ago but she was never wholesome, sincere, or sweet. This all played into the con in this movie. Aniston really pulled it off.
It's actually not so funny to suggest Angelina - parts of this movie had me thinking of 'Original Sin' with Angelina and Antonio Banderas.
