Do you think Lucinda actually liked Charles?

I mean scam aside, I kinda got the vibe she actually liked him, then when charles is confronting them she says to him 'not all of it was a lie Charles' which confirmed what I was thinking...

Maybe, but remember that she is a con woman. she acts and lies and cheats men for a living. It's a "long con," too. That means she has to keep up the act for several interactions with the mark, be convincing, ad lib when necessary. Faced with a gun, her instinct would be to find the lie that gets her out of trouble.

I don't know if she liked Charles, but she did seem concerned for his daughter

Yeah, didn't LaRouche say something to her when Charles had caught them out, about her feeling bad about his daughter, LaRouche said she didn't even look sick, so felt she shouldn't have felt bad about what they'd done.

They gave you indications that she did feel remorse. She even threw a few lines at him early on before they got involved like, "people dont appreciate what they have". She could see he was a good guy and was practically warning him, "I'm about to play you, but keep pressing forward and the joke is on you"...she was a con woman but it's obvious they were trying to let the viewer know she had a bit of remorse, they way she looked at herself in the mirror with a bit of disgust and regret before Cassel entered the room for the first time.
