Year of the Rooster
Does anyone know why they changed Chiyo's zodiac sign from the year of the monkey (in the book) to year of the rooster (in the movie)? I know it's a very small change, but my zodiac sign is also the year of the monkey, so I felt like I had something in common with Chiyo/Sayuri, and I've always wondered why they changed it in the movie.
