shareya just the "flashbacks" or "flash to" other scenes kinda lost their magic. they were always silly but sometimes you are just left feeling "umm okay.... that was dumb" Whereas American dad seems to rely more on its characters antics and ROger is a national treasure
shareI think the first few seasons of FG were off the charts. The more recent stuff a little more hit and miss. AD is just super. I love the fact that they roped Sir Patrick Stewart in to do both shows.
sharehumors so subjective so I couldn't even fault anyone liking family guy more. Ya it was something like we've never seen. throw up back homage to the 80s and 70s they did to the max. plus the flash scenes were novel
shareI just like the fact that they’re happy to take the piss out of everybody. I think Seth MacFarlane stated that he was, “an equal opportunities offender”.
sharePersonally i got bored with Peter beating up meg every week. I find american dad to be more clever with its plots.
