Never, since Mike Barker left the show.
Sure they could find another voice actor but it seems perfectly reasonable to me, if they were going to simply get another actor, they would have done that in the first place, instead of writing Terry off the show.
Aw no! =( Well I'm glad they didn't just get a new voice actor.
