It appears Seth McFarlane transferred much of Stewie Griffin's evil into Principal Lewis. It appears McFarlane collaborated with the L&O:SVU writers to give Principal Lewis all of the pscyhopathic tendencies that William Lewis had before he mercifully committed suicide.

I wish they would put Lewis, Jeff and Roger in a small prison cell and let Stan come in and torture them regularly. Lewis is so rotten, so evil he makes Snake from The Simpsons look like a choirboy.

Yes, he does. And he does a fine job of voicing those characters along with Peter, Brian and Stewie!

Anyway, you're still bitter that you made a baseless claim about Archer's Season 5 being the most popular season ever, and were proven wrong when I provided you a link to the declining views? That was almost 3 years ago! Get over it. It's not my fault that you make baseless claims without facts to back them up.
