I thought the music from the "Lost in Space" episode was really awesome! I think if Pink Floyd's Music had a 4-way with Vangelis' music, Queen's music and Toto's music, the music from this episode would be their love child!
shareI very much enjoyed the music from "lost in space" too. it has a creepy, otherworldly sadness/hopefulness that works perfectly with the tone of the episode. Oddly enough, most fans seem to be divided over this episode. Personally, I think it's a classic, but a lot of AD fans rank it as one of the worst of the series. My guess is that the musical episodes (like "hot water", "rubberneckers", "minstrel krampus") are controversial and turn off a lot of viewers. that said, if you really like the music from "lost in space" check out the band Wax Fang, they perform "the majestic" and I think a few other songs in that episode.
