Is Davis gay?

I've been watching this online and I've noticed little details that make it seem like he might be gay. Like the episode with "Lake Hank".

Or you can call me KingMannerino, if you're not into that whole brevity thing.

No, he wasn't gay. He was married before and has had dates with women on the show.

Davis isn't gay...he's a well rounded male who's interested in everything. I love his childlike qualities.

I agree. He's adorable. If I wasn't already married, I'd date him in a second.

Hey, when a slot opens up for the best aroma-therapist on the prairie you have to jump for it.

I think the Davis character and the actor Lorne Cardinal are terrific.

I think Davis is the most sensitive member of the male cast (if not the whole cast) and I think just like how Karen feels her occupation puts restrictions on her emotional vulnerability, Davis is the same but just lacks her self-awareness about it and that's where the ambiguity over his actions comes in.

Lake Hank never insinuated that Davis was gay, the whole point of the episode was that doofus Hank had some weird inexplicable charm and power of seduction at the lake. I asked Brent Butt on twitter why no one on corner gas had sex or relationships and Emma and Oscar didn't count since Oscar is so repulsive who would have sex with him, even his wife! But anyway, it was interesting how no one on Corner Gas had sex or a relationship through the whole run of the show.

Davis is the biggest, manliest, most in shape guy in town. He also has a macho job.

It is comedic irony for him to also be sensitive and into very "metrosexual" things.
