Which one off character would you liked to have seen again?

So which of the strange and wonderful people who turned up in Dog River would you like to have seen again?

For me it would have to be Muffin Tray (not his real name) the tax man from way back in the 2nd episode.

Although I did like the guy from "An American in Saskatchewan" as it reminds me of the time I turned up in Moose Jaw!

Connie, Lacey's rude friend in "Friend of a Friend." She was hysterical. Seeing her team up with Wanda like she did at the end of the episode would be great, especially if it was the two of them versus the rest of the town and the duo ran circles around everyone until finally running afoul of Emma. I almost wrote a fanfic about this once.
