50/50 Joke

At the Ruby during one episode, Karen remarks to Davis and Lacey that the odds of a riot in Dog River are 50/50 - either it happens or it doesn't.

A follow-up joke could have been Davis explaining this to Wanda at Corner Gas. Then Wanda could have told Davis to buy some lottery tickets, saying "Your odds are 50/50 - either you win or you don't". To which Davis would say, "All right!".

This....is VERY true! 

Speaking of odds:

Karen : What are the odds on roulette?
Wanda : Odds are 35 to 1, and it decreases with 0 and 00. (or something like that).
Hank : What's the capital of Canada?
Wanda : Ask a nine year old!


