She went on a date with the bachelor in the elevator and told her friends that their kiss was so good he asked her out on a second date. Why didn't he get her luck?
shareI think it's because that guy didn't need it. He was clearly very rich, and appeared to have a generally good life. Whereas since I assume Jake had bad luck all his life (her friends mention that Ashley has been lucky since they were kids) it was his "turn" to experience what life is like when things do go your way.
