This has bugged me ever since the first time i beat RE4. At the end when hannigan isn't wearing her glasses, does that have any real significance? or was it just some random thing so they have something to talk about?

I think she just wanted to impressed Leon with removing her glasses, i think she liked Leon. Don't think she could clearly see without glasses because she has been injected with the parasite lol
