For Ramon Salazar just have a child actor in makeup and prosthetics play him on camera, then have an adult actor dub over his lines - heck, just get Rene Mujica back for the job. Mendez wouldn't really require much more than a big hulking stuntman. And I left Wesker out since he never appears in the main story.

Luis: Have to agree with your choice of Gael Garcia Bernal
Ashley: I think Dakota is a good choice too but she may be too young

Charlie Hunnam as Krauser HAHA no.
He is too skinny and boyish-looking, Krauser looks like a white version of the Rock.

I like Jensen Ackles, but hasn't he done enough monster killing? I like Olga Kurylenko too (I mean really like - hubba hubba!), but hasn't she played enough red-dress-wearing femme fatales?

Yeah but he looks just like Leon and Olga would suit Ada very well. It doesn't really matter if they've similar stuff before.
