I didn't like how they came out the tv, acting like they were aliens who were human for the first time!
That really bugged me. The whole jumping out the tv into " the real world" approach was the wrong way to go. The whole film should have taken place in their world.

And made the real world characters cartoon characters? Or have them as real people in the cartoon world ala Cool World?

Either way, it's not about you. No one is stopping you from making your own version, lol.
