Can you buy Pusher 2 R1 re-release by itself?

It seems to me that, with the newly released R1 Pusher trilogy, you can buy the trilogy, or buy Pusher 1...or buy Pusher 3. But not Pusher 2. Anybody know why?

All three Pusher films are available seperately. You can get them at deepdiscountdvd.com, also at other places.

Thank you. I have 3 versions of Pusher 1, didn't need a 4th. :)
