In most episodes, when they do the trunk, they put monitors and other things in the trunk, and I can't imagine there'd be room for a spare with that stuff in there. Do the pimped cars have spares or not? And, if not, what happens if you have a flat?

Pimped cars are for just looks and showing off, not pratcicailty or convenience. I'd suggest either a donut or to write a memo saying "No usless crap is to be added to this vehicle!".
