He may be a specialist in wires or other stuff but in most cases he makes the cars semi-usable. What's with all those monitors? And what's with that jackhammer speaker in the man's back seat?
Anyway, this man is ridiculous. Too bad for the others because they are doing a great job with all the stuff: rims, tires, PAINT JOB, upholstery.
They know what they're getting when they go on the programme. As for Mad Mike - I won't hear a bad word about him - I love the man!

In the special features of the Season 1 DVD we can see Mad Mike's personal vehicle,a camper van, and we see NO MONITOR ANYWHERE! And Mike speaks normally and seems like a down-to-earth family man. He just does what MTV tells him to do.
He doesn't work for WCC or GAS, but for MTV. They created this cartoonish character "Mad Mike" ,who's obsessed with monitors, and he has to play along. Sad, but that's how he pays his bills.
