Is he not coming back? He seemed to be one of the few survivors at the end of series one. And all the people who died are alive again...
Well it'd be a shame 'cause he's a funny guy.
When Jill and Glen were being talked to by the psychiatrist in episode 1, it's revealed that after Glen 'vegetablised' the vicar, he then went and strangled Terry in a jealous rage.
Of course he didn't. Jill obviously went back and finished the job.
Be nice if he showed up, but he is supposed to be dead.
