Anybody wish she'd died?

I thought that a second series was far fetched after seeing the fantastic series one however they did another and it was passable. It had a number on laugh out loud moments, however just because they were so outrageous. I thought that series one successfully balanced plot with dark humour, this series has gone far beyond belief. I watched, I laughed, however not at a show that once had such quality. I laughed out loud when she fell off the cliff onto the trampoline however, I kinda wish that she’d died, because I definitely don't think they should make another series.

If she had been killed, we wouldn't have seen treated to the sight of Mr Bulb being dragged off into the sunset. hilarious!

I'm glad she didn't die. If she had died and Cath and Don had been free of her forever it would have defeated the whole object of the show. Ending with Cath going to prison was so cruel but that's the idea really.

Indeed. As Julia said herself, ithe show really just doesn't work when Jill doesn't have the upper hand. Now, sure, many moments in Series Two didn't work that well either, but I think killing Jill off would have been pointless.

I am personally not fussed if there is another Series or not. Some people round here treat the issue like it's life and death

It isn't, and another series or not another series will not affect my life in the slight. But, I don't think killing Jill off would be justifiable on the ground that it's to ensure there isn't another series. There can still not be another series without killing her off, and I'm happy the writers (ie, Julia) acknowledged that,

If you keep asking me I'll melt away in the summer air®
