Did anybody else feel a little bit sorry for Jill in series 1?

Well? I mean, I know she was really self-obsessed and manipulative, but I think that the audience can understand to an extent. She was shocked when she found out her husband had cancer, but started to get a little bit carried away.

There where a few times where you saw the true Jill (in series 1 episode 1) when Jill returns home from questioning Terry about his affair. where she trashes the hallway. I think that she is just a normal person who is finding it hard to deal with the fact that her husband has cancer and that he had an affair.

In the new series however, she's a complete b*tch.. but its down rite hilarious!

But back to the point.. please discuss...
