What heppend at the end of Ep5, Season 1 of NN?

Missed the last few minutes or so of this episode.
Everyone is just leaving Terry's "funeral" and Kath gets in the car in the front seat, while Jill suddenly opens the door and pops into the back seat.

What happens after that?

And, yes, I have watched Ep 6 so I know how it ends.

I'm assuming Kath's eye patch she is suddenly sporting in Ep 6 is explained in the last few minutes of Ep 5.

This show certainly is a fine entry into the new genre of "Cringe Comedy"

Jill spotted Terry at the graveside and then it ended. Its odd, the eye patch is never explained, and she wears it again in series 2. is it something to do with her MS?

I'm not sure if this is right, but I assumed she'd developed a lazy eye. It seemed appropriate with her doing the Carro Bibbins programme, who cured herself of such an ailment. Doesn't make sense, I know, but hey :P
