Is it true that there is going to be a one off special called Kill Jill? Anyone heard of this?

As far as I'm aware, Kill Jill was an idea that Julia had for a one-off special after the first series. It was the embryo that developed into the ill-advised second series. She (or someone else) says so on the documentary that comes with the second series DVD.
