incredible! (Spoilers)

The problem with this movie is that it stretches suspension of disbelief too far. In the opening sequence alone, Dylan McDermott would have been suspended for what he did to the hostage ( and by the way , a high-powered rife bullet that goes trough an ARMY VEST suddenly becomes a "flesh wound " when fired at POINT BLANK RANGE through an unprotected shoulder!!! in reality this girl would have lost her arm for sure!)

and when John Heard killed Dylan IN THE PRECINT (after a 10 min fight between ll cool j and Dylan that No ONE broke up!)the fallout alone would have been the end of FRAT

Overall it's a waste of a wonderful cast and the dialogue is SO cliche that my ten-year-old cousin sometimes figured out what the characters would say even before they said it!

I don't really want to defend this movie, but you clearly were not paying attention.

McDermott's character wasn't on record killing the drug dealer at the beginning - there's the entire court room scene with the drug dealer's mate taking the blame!

And there's a scene after McDermott's death scene where Cary Elwes is shouting about everything falling to pieces. The film has quite a short timespan, and repercussions would no doubt take longer to occur.

Maybe you didn't pay attention to my post.I was talking about the hostage situation in the opening sequence not the murer of the dealer.
