.....Ryan Gosling.
I was watching with my daughter and said "isn't that the guy from The Notebook?"
She informed me that I was completely nuts.
Am I? :)

Sorry, while you aren't nuts the 'Stranger' is NOT Ryan Gosling. He is played by Ben Foster.
