Does anyone know if the language the vampires speak is a real language? Sounds like it could be Romanian.

It's in the trivia section. A New Zealand linguistics professor from a university developed it just for the movie.

It sounds nothing like Romanian. Romanian is one of the romance languages that descended from latin
the languages the vampires speak is made up of mostly guttural clicks
