no he wouldn't these vampires have no weaknesses aside from sunlight touching them his blade would be useless as they can take shots from high powered weapons

Didn't they kill one by cutting her head off with an axe? Blade wouldn't have had too much trouble in that department. And they're vulnerable to UV light, so the UV flash-bangs from Blade II would have been pretty effective.
