Actually, though I have no opinion on your theory specifically, there really did have to be some communication. While every other scene can be interpreted in a way that doesn't require the humans to understand (the Stranger presumably learned their language), the part where the girl was put out as bait pretty much requires that Marlow (since he's the one she's addressing, so presumably he's the one who gave her the order) make himself understood. She clearly knew what was expected of her, and unless the vampires are a hell of a lot better at Charades than animalistic predators have any right to be, that means either Marlow spoke English or the girl understood the vampire language. (Granted, the little girl vampire spoke English but she didn't appear to be involved in that scene.)
