Gay men routinely have sex with beautiful women? The line you quote is referring to his criminal behavior and unstated shady past. It has nothing to do with his sexuality. If you and the "gay community" would like there to be a gay action star (other than Chris Tucker in those brain-dead Rush Hour movies)), then go write a screenplay featuring one. Until then, stop co-opting things to satisfy your own delusions.

There have been several posts on IMDB regarding this subject and I always thought Frank was referring to his past too, as pgbrush stated. I never once thought it meant he was gay. He did sleep with the Asian chick in the first film. LOL I also thought in this instance he turned Jack's mom down because he knew she was drunk (not to mention married!) and he didn't want to take advantage of her in her inebriated state. Because Frank is a gentleman albeit a lethal one. LOL

pgbrush, there's no reason to get upset, directors will do everything in their power to appeal to the widest possible audience, and the director has stated in multiple interviews that he did envision Frank as the first "gay action hero." Whether he is or isn't is up to each person's interpretation. It's also very possible that you being part of the "straight community" would prefer that he be straight. Perhaps you are satisfying your own delusions. I personally don't care whether he is straight or gay, all that matters is that the movie is good. I personally believe he's straight but if others don't agree it doesn't and shouldn't affect me negatively. Peace and namaste!
